cisRED data at Ensembl
cisRED human data are now available at Ensembl as prototype GeneRegulationView, ContigView and FeatureView pages.We are now working with EBI to integrate cisRED data directly into Ensembl's new gene regulation displays. The integration should be complete by December 2005.
