Human 2 database

Human 2 holds ~381K atomic motifs from a discovery run on sequence sets consisting of promoter regions for ~18K human Ensembl v31 genes and corresponding regions from homologous genes. All motifs have p-values below 0.25. Each input sequence set contained a human sequence and between three and fourteen corresponding sequences from other species. The results include 357 of the ~500 ENCODE genes. Initial results for groups of similar motifs are available in the user interface. dbSNP SNPs in motifs are highlighted on the Atomic Motif view in the target sequence of the site sequence stack and can be exported in a text file.
