Browse by location

On every cisRED database homepage, a new option, 'Browse by Location', has been added. Use this tool to specify a genomic region e.g. chr1, from 75,324,000 to 75,330,000. The results page will show information on all search regions in the database that overlap this region. The information includes the name of the gene associated with a search region (for promoter-based databases), the search region location, and the number of conserved motifs found in that search region.
