New human v8.2 database

The atomic motifs and 'de novo' groups and modules in this release are the same as in v8 and v8.1, but the annotation-based modules have been updated and we now use a Monte Carlo approach to assign a combinatorial p-value to these modules. Each gene page now shows an image of the search region, with and both motifs and modules.

This database is available for download from the Databases and Methods section of the website. Direct SQL queries can be run against the database cisred_Hsap_8_2 at db.cisred.org, with the username 'anonymous', and no password. The human v8, v8.1, and 1.2e_Sp2 databases have been removed from the web interface, but are still available for download and direct SQL queries.
