New human v9 database
In the human v9 database, input sequence sets used for motif discovery were assembled from genome sequence data for 41 vertebrate species taken from Ensembl, ENCODE and low coverage read files.
This database includes 2755 annotation-based putative regulatory modules composed of motifs with discovery p-value < 0.01 and an annotation from TRANSFAC 9.3 with p-value < 0.0005.
This database is available for download from the Databases and Methods section of the website. Direct SQL queries can be run against the database cisred_Hsap_9 at db.cisred.org, with the username 'anonymous', and no password.
The human v8.x and 1.2e_Sp2 databases have been removed from the web interface, but are still available for download and direct SQL queries.
