New browse/search options for the mouse database

The main page of the mouse 3.x main database now contains several new options for browsing and searching.

From the mouse 3.x home page, you can browse all module-associated significant GO terms, or search for modules significantly associated with user-specified GO terms. Module pages now show significant Gene Ontology (GO) annotations, and these annotations are linked to AmiGO.

From the mouse 3.x home page, you can now also 'Browse by Chromosome' to see all search region locations on a given chromosome, both in table format and in a UCSC genome browser image.
