Improved search tools

You can now use IUPAC symbols in a motif search.
The 'search by symbol' options have also been extended to included searching by cisRED group ID or cisRED module ID in addition to the pre-existing options of searching by Ensembl gene ID, gene symbol, or cisRED motif ID.
