The human v8.1, mouse v2.1, and rat v1.1 MySQL databases are available for direct SQL access at db.cisred.org (the username is anonymous, and the password should be blank). On db.cisred.org, the human v8.1 database is named 'cisred_Hsap_8_1', the mouse v2.1 database is named 'cisred_Mmus_2_1', and the rat v1.1 database is named 'cisred_Rnor_1_1'.
