Up one level Help Method for definition of 'Reliable' Co-expression SetSize1.2 MB Last Modified2004-12-16 12:54:19Reliable co-expression was defined as follows: To be considered reliable, a gene pair must have (1) a Minimum Common Experiments (MCE) value of 100 for Affymetrix or cDNA, or MCE of 25 for SAGE; and one of (2a) a very high Pearson correlation in one platform (r > 0.8); or (2b) a high correlation in combination with a high correlation in a second platform (ravg > 0.65); or (2c) a high correlation in combination with GO confirmation (r > 0.65; Common GO term at most specific level).
